I have use this tool for one of my college technical events websites cynosure 2007 i have used it for all forms in the web site it has no limit on the number of forms. You can use it for as many forms as you can if you are running some commerce site it seems this tool can integrate with online credit card payment processing software. this software gives results in to types of format one is ms excel and other is Printer-friendly format.this tool has many features like form validation email conformation email notification to the admin and clients
like phpbb for forums and wordpress for blogs i can say we have form tools for forms this software really works well
